Stylish, comfortable sandals with details
This pair of sandals (in camel) are almost perfect to me. The color is inaccurate on the picture--they look more orange-ish than brown in person. But the color fits almost half of my wardrobe, so I'm very happy with it. The trim is deep chocolate almost black, counter-stitched with white thread. All in all, a very versatile color and style with its own uniqueness.
The wedge is 3 inches (what a pity it's not listed in the description! I had spent a long time guessing!). The leather is not the softest, but that's more or less expected. The height is comfortable and desirable. The sole is bendable and the padding is great--better than the other pair of sandals I ordered from the same line Women's Spring Step L'Artiste, Luzon Slide Sandals. I love Naya shoes but these were a huge disappointment. First, the buckle was so big it dug into my ankle. Second, the lack of straps on the inside made it impossible to walk. My foot would twist out of the shoe, which in heels like this in dangerous.

Notes to readers - I have a bony ankle and have had this problem with other shoes, so this may not be a problem for most people. I purchased this sandal in black. It is a quality sandal and it is made very durable and comfortable. I love how this sandal feels on. It makes your foot feel very secure, without being uncomfortable. Some sandals have a tendency to get loose so your foot slides and almost hangs out of the sandal! Not these! I wasn't sure if I would like the toe loop thing, my first time wearing one, but it is good, and I like that my foot feels held in place, the material is very flexible and holds up well if it gets wet. So all this quality and comfort, but it still manages to look very stylish!

I would definitely recommend this sandal and am thinking about purchasing another pair in a different color!

I wear between 9.5 and 10. I purchased black in 10 on sale for less than $35. The length of the sandal fit perfectly though I usually have extra room with 10's so you may want to size up.

The material is as soft on the inside as it is on the outside. I didn't have to worry about breaking them in or blisters. The ankle strap isn't really needed, the material goes up far enough to prevent flopping. I had to adjust the ankle strap to the tightest adjustment and it was still a little loose.

Am previos owner of several Birks, this is first of flip-flop style. Straps are buckle adjustable, however allow for break-in, as I found a snug fit to cause the new stiff leather straps to rub skin raw along strap area. Loosen for break-in wear, to soften the cork soles and allow foot molding as well as soften and flex the new stiff leather for a comfortitble fitted wear in the long run.
Cute sandle which looks great with shorts, skirts and summer dresses. Many complements. I chose the brown for a neutral color and ease of color coordination with clothing.

No longer hold up well.
Most flip flops I've owned break at the strap between the toes or the soles wear out thin at either the toe or heel quickly. This is my second pair of Sanuk yoga sandals. My previous pair was the yoga mat style, which are nice but the straps on the Serenity are not as wide so they look more feminine. I left my last pair out on the patio in the sun for over a month and they hardened so I had to toss them, other than that I had them for several months and wore them everyday in the dirt, to town, etc. and they still looked good, even the little logo on the heel didnt wear off. I noticed with this last pair that they say manufactured in China which is too bad being that they are working the reputation of being eco-friendy and all.

5-9-12 EDIT: Ok so these are already going to have to be tossed soon. They did NOT hold up as well as the last pair. The foam is tearing apart and has worn down thin at the toe. The materials cannot be the same as the last, because I didnt get near as.......READ MORE REVIEW

Title says it all. Do follow the seller's advice about sizing down if you are between sizes. They run true to size, but you can tell the leather will stretch a bit as it conforms to your foot. Much more comfortable and less casual than flipflops. I may also get another pair in a different color. A Good Bass Product
This is a genuine Bass Product and as such, it is a good one. But I am used to buying shoes with softer upper leather.
This shoe fits true to size. I wear a 7.
The color is just as noted in the picture. I purchased the green.
The upper leather is stiff and will require some breaking in or some treatment with leather oil or cream in order to make it comfy to wear.
It has a nice, neutral colored sole that does not mark the floor and keeps you from skidding about, which leather does allow. The sole is flexible and does Not require any breaking in.
The demarked heel is a nice feature and makes it look like a more expensive shoe.
All in all, I give it four stars. It is quite lovely and very wearable. Its only con is the stiff leather.....READ MORE REVIEW

The almost perfect NAVY sandal
Love the shoes, except that they look adjustable on the picture, but they're not. I have a narrow to average foot and they're too wide for me to feel secure and comfortable. I love the style, and I'll wear them occasionally when I don't have to do a lot of walking. I don;t know why Easy Spirit carries Narrows in some, but not others.
